Structure of RTKs subfamilies. The ligand-binding extracellular domains differ across RTKs subfamilies from immunoglobulin-like (Ig-like) fold type (VEGFRs), fibronectin type III (FnIII) domains (INSR) and Leucine-rich repeat and cysteine-rich domains (EGFR).
