Criteria

I

Larger of defect (collar base) < 4 cm

Diameter of the sac < 8 cm

Absence of liver

II

Collar base > 5 cm

Diameter of the sac > 8 cm

Presence of the liver in the sac

  1. Type I: all criteria must be present
  2. Type II: presence of one criterion is sufficient
