The highest frequency of genotype combination among cases was CC/TT/CT (22.9%) followed by CC/CT/CT (15.7%) while among the control group, TT/CT/CT (32%) was the highest followed by TT/CC/CT (16.0%). Genotype combinations have a statistically significant difference between cases and control groups which were CC/TT/CT, TT/CC/CT, TT/CT/CC, and TT/CT/CT
