Frequency of allele in chronic hepatitis C (fibrosis vs cirrhosis). This figure shows numerical distribution of C and T Alleles in fibrosis versus cirrhosis in both diabetic and non-diabetic CHC patients. It was noticed that T alleles were more frequent in diabetic patients with cirrhosis and more hepatic sequels, contrasted with C alleles which were more frequent in non-diabetic patients with fibrosis
