Identification of human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) and the effect of small molecules treatment on in vitro hiPSCs culture: Representative microscopic picture of hiPSCs (20X and 40X, A) were identified by immunostaining markers TRA-1-60 (Red), OCT4 (Red) and SSEA4 (green) with DAPI (blue for nuclei, B). hiPSCs viability were assessed by CCK-8 after treatment with Isoxazole (ISX-9, 10–50 µM, C), Danazol (DAN, 10–50 µM, D) and Givinostat (GIV, 10–200 nM, E). Higher cell viability (CCK8 kit) was observed with using ISX9 (25 µM), DAN (25 µM) and GIV (150 nM).
