Givinostat induce higher expression of skeletal myogenic genes: Skeletal muscle genes included Meox1, Meox2, Tcf15, Pax3, Pax7, MyoD1, dystrophin, myogenin, Myh2, Myh6, Tbx1, Mesp1, desmin and β-catenin. GIV increased upregulation of skeletal myogenic genes (Real Time PCR-analysis) in skeletal iPSCs (hiPSC- SKM) at first 4 days and further increased after 8 days versus control (A). Skeletal maturity genes were followed up at day 14 and Day 21 with normalized to day 8 (B).
