From: Genetic diversity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates from northwest of Iran during COVID-19 era
Dendrogram of MIRU-VNTR pattern of 120 M. tuberculosis isolates obtained from new TB cases in Tabriz. This dendrogram shows clusters and samples with similar cluster based on MIRU-VNTR typing in 15 loci. The biggest cluster consists of 7 patients from Tabriz. Patients from Tabriz were identified by name started with tbz and patients from Azerbaijan were identified by names started with Azr. Number indicates random numbers assigned to each patient
